These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 8bet Casino Philippines platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. About 8bet
8bet Casino Philippines operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our services are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and physically located in the Philippines.
2. Account Eligibility
To open an account you must be at least 21 years old; reside in the Philippines; provide accurate and truthful registration information; hold only one account per person (duplicate accounts will be suspended); and not be a self-excluded player or listed on PAGCOR's exclusion register.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours. Winnings can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit (for anti-money laundering compliance).
4. Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. The standard welcome bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Maximum bet during bonus wagering is ₱500. Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited.

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension: operating multiple accounts; using automated software or bots; exploiting software errors or glitches; abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other players; and any form of fraud or money laundering.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
8bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reason to believe that the Terms have been violated. Genuine real money balances will be returned to the player upon closure, minus any bonus funds or funds derived from bonus play where wagering requirements have not been met.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, and regulatory disputes may be referred to PAGCOR.
10. Changes to Terms
8bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
